In today’s fast-paced world, meeting new people can be a daunting task, especially for busy professionals who find themselves juggling demanding careers with a desire to find meaningful connections. This is where Pre-Dating comes into play, offering a unique solution for singles looking to meet like-minded individuals in a fun, engaging, and time-efficient manner.
Pre-Dating is a modern take on traditional speed dating, designed with busy professionals in mind. It offers a platform where singles can meet multiple potential matches in a single event, making it an efficient way to explore romantic possibilities. These events are hosted in over 160 cities worldwide, providing ample opportunities for singles to find their match without the hassle of conventional dating methods.
Typically, a Pre-Dating event involves a series of six-minute "pre-dates," where participants have the chance to converse with different people within their age and interest group. Held in private areas of upscale restaurants or bars, these events provide a relaxed and safe environment for attendees to interact and see if there's a spark worth exploring further.
There are several reasons why busy professionals might choose Pre-Dating over other dating methods:
Pre-Dating events are structured to maximize interaction and minimize stress. Upon arrival, participants are greeted and given instructions on how the event will proceed. Each attendee has a schedule of mini-dates, lasting six minutes each, allowing for a focused yet relaxed dialogue with each person.
After each mini-date, participants make notes or rate their date, indicating whether they would like to see that person again. At the end of the event, these preferences are collected, and mutual matches are notified, paving the way for further conversation and potential future dates.
This structured approach takes the guesswork out of dating, as attendees know upfront that they’re participating with others who are equally interested in finding a connection, thus increasing the chances of finding a compatible partner.
Pre-Dating has facilitated countless successful connections over its 20+ years in operation. Many participants have found long-term relationships, engagements, and even marriages as a result of meeting their partners at these events. Testimonials from users highlight the organic and enjoyable nature of the events, often reflecting on the genuine connections they've made.
For example, a couple from Dallas shared how they met at a Pre-Dating event and eventually got married in New York’s Hudson Valley, while another couple from Reno expressed their gratitude after getting engaged a year after attending an event. These stories underscore the potential for Pre-Dating to be a life-changing experience for those open to the possibility of meeting someone new.
Pre-Dating distinguishes itself with its commitment to quality and ethical standards, being the oldest and largest company of its kind in the USA. The organizers focus on providing a high-caliber experience, with an emphasis on warmth, friendliness, and professionalism. This dedication to excellence has earned Pre-Dating notable media coverage, being featured on platforms like CNN, CBS, and The Wall Street Journal, further solidifying its reputation as a top-tier singles event provider.
To cater to a wide variety of interests and demographics, Pre-Dating hosts a range of special events. These include themed gatherings like Speed Dating Over 50, African American Speed Dating, Jewish Speed Dating, LGBTQ+ Speed Dating, and many more. By offering such diverse options, Pre-Dating ensures that attendees can find events that align with their specific preferences and cultural backgrounds.
In summary, Pre-Dating represents a refreshing departure from traditional dating challenges faced by busy professionals. Its structured
Great Event, Well Organized, Good Looking Professional People
Attended a Pre-Dating speed dating event that was held at a popular upscale venue in town. Was completely full, all tables taken and a friend couldn't get in because there was no room. So this was good, more people to meet when it's full.
Event ran smooth, women ranged from business owners to professionals. All were nice, looks of course varied but overall it was an attractive group. Women were easy to talk to, smart, etc. No complaints at all.
Received matches shortly after the event as promised. I selected 2 women and while neither of them selected me back, 3 others did select me but I did not select them. So just a matter of attending another event where hopefully one I like will like me as well. As they says it's a numbers game. I've tried two other companies but liked Pre-Dating the best.

Pros
Great turnout, nice group of people, well run and fun.
Cons
Event was on a Saturday night so the venue was pretty busy and a bit loud. Not too bad but still, not completely quiet. I can't fault the organizer or the company for that since it is a popular place to go.
I would not recommend them.
A friend and I tried the pre-dating website. We enjoyed the event itself, but our experience after the event was horrible. Julia was the coordinator of the event in Los Angeles. After a week had passed, we still had not received the results from the event. We contacted the coordinator to see what was happening with the result. It ultimately took us two weeks to get the results from the event. First, the coordinator claimed our email address were wrong. However, we registered online and that information was furnished to the coordinator along with our phone numbers. She then claimed the emails must be in our spam folder. They were not, but I did find an email from her. Even after multiple attempts to work with the coordinator and her inability to get the results to us, we finally called their customer service number. That was how we got the results. Both my friend and I had little faith that the results were accurate. We felt the coordinator was very sloppy with how she handled things and wonder if she handled the results the same way. In an effort to make the situation right they offered my friend and me 2 free events. When we tried to take them up on the offer, they wanted to charge one of us $15. That is not a way to satisfy customers.
Pros
event itself was fun
Cons
Experience afterwards was horrible. I don't trust the coordinator is capable of furnishing honest and accurate results
