Myself and two other people I now know of, have been scammed when joining up. They take credit card details, but do not allow you to then select which subscription you want. We only wanted to subscribe for one month (about $50), but we were charged for SIX MONTHS ($169!!!). They refuse to refund the additional $110 they stole from us. They keep saying that they gave us the six months because it was "a better deal". This is unethical. We weren't looking for the best deal. We just wanted to try them out for a month.

My friend has repeatedly asked the Australian Support people for a phone number, as she would like to talk to them about this, but they refuse to give a phone number. They gave a postal address (not even an email address) in England!!

If you want to edit your profile, they take a day or two to "approve" it, so that's 24-48 hours that no-one can view your profile.

They alter the wording on your profile!!!

The "chat now" doesn't work.

It is not a "Christian" site. I haven't read any profile where someone speaks about their beliefs. I think by "Just Christian", they simply mean "not Muslim" or "not Hindu", etc.
