hi everybody,

personal listings are all about your profile photo, and it is the only thing that catches your future partner's attention, on a page full of other people's photos.

i'll start with the thing that disappointed me greatly.

it looks like the photo reviewers only accept at-home-taken amateur photos. DO NOT invest your time and money on glamour shots, as THEY WILL NOT ACCEPT them. :( even if you already have a previous photo uploaded, they do not even check if it's the same person, they just delete it with a single mouse click.

if you have a good looking photo you will be considered a scammer, and your photo will be deleted, without any question, without any warning. :(

as for support, if you are a standard member, you get automated non-response replies :@ , and it appears that support is only given to gold/platinum members (if that. i wouldn't know.)

Thank you for your review. We would however like to offer some clarification about the issues you have raised. We accept any type of photo sent to us by our members as long they adhere to our photo requirements which are:

-Your face must be able to be seen clearly
-You must be in the photo
-The photo must be less than 10MB in size
-The photo must meet our minimum size requirements
-The photo must be in .jpg, .bmp, .gif, or .png format
-The photo must not be obscene or offensive
-The photo must not contain contact information

We however remove any suspicious photos as a security measure to ascertain ownership. If you believe your photo was wrongly removed, please verify your identity so we may accept it.

If a member wants to delete a photo they can contact customer service with a request to delete a given photo. However we are will soon add a feature that allows members to delete photos on their own. If you do not want your photo to be visible to other members you can hide it and it will not be displayed on your profile.

We value all our members regardless of their membership level. Our dedicated customer service team serves every member without discrimination. We do not have any automated responses and all queries are handled individually and responded to accordingly.
