Trying to cancel was a whole other fiasco. after finally getting through and telling them I wished to cancel my trial subscription, I thought I heard the women with the dodgy and hard to understand accent sign me up to a completely separate recurring subscription. I was totally furious and told them I wished to stop ALL subscriptions/memberships.

I'm trying to cancel my profile and can't find it my account and can't ring the number coz I'm in Australia can you help me please???
