I find it very suspicious that a memeber of the staff is posting on a site that is designed to be reviews from customers. I disagree with the impolite attitude but have to agree that staff posting on the site is not "appropriate" and shows a lack of discretion (good business ethic or manners - e.g. not very Japanese).
