So, these JERKS took out 200 dollars of my account, over drafting it and leaving me with no way to get ahold of them! So, I call my bank, and luckily, my bank requires a phone number and business name of all withdrawals. So I got the number, and got my money back. Here's the number guys! Hope you all get your money back! 877-328-3006

I was billed $191.88 when in fact, I just subscribed fo a one month for $23+
What kind of business is this? FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD!!!!!!!
Now I have to spend a lot of time emailing them, calling them and reporting to my bank!

Well, the same thing has happened to me, they took out $191.88 out of my account,
and I thought I was taking it out for one month. I was also almost overdrawn. I called them and they refused to refund my money. I have turned them in to the BBB in California, as they are a scam company. She said they did not refund money and it was written on their site. What a rip off!!! A true scam company!!!!!! Curses!!!

They took 191.40 out of my account, overdrawn. Im unemployed and this is almost as much as I get weekly in unemployment checks. I SO upset.

I was charged $3.95 but realized that this site was going to keep charging for everything so I "cancelled" my profile but that doesn't stop payment. I was charged again this month for $3.95 and I called the 1-877-328-3006 and was on hold for about 1 minute and she asked for my email add for confirmation and cancelled my memebership pretty smooth and I never was charged for anything else

I was charged $3.95 AND $191.40. I am so damn pissed off that they would not refund my money when I NEVER wanted to pay for a whole year!! I am going to call my bank to see if I can get the refund! I did not want a whole year subscription at all and they refused to give me a refund!! They are a scammer and fraud!! Do NOT use them as a dating service!! They WILL rip you off!!

Write them, send them a letter, don't stop until you get your money back.

This people they advertise that is 15. month and ones you give your credit cared. they when and charge me 200 dollars. I was so upset i tray to call them and would not answer the phone.I right away called my Bank. People be careful who you give out your information. this is just scammed to me.

i just signed up for the site and it said 15 dollars a month, so i think, hey its monthly, so i look at my account and it says it took .50 cents and 191 dollars. i am pissed. i am going to call my bank and see if they can refund this bullshit site. thanks for the hint

im in australia, signed up to speeddate for what i was ment to be a 50 cent cost. Now im $200 uot of pocket and very cheesed off. Was only a member for 3 days. They suck. I have a phone number to contact them on 00111 650 692 9000. Hope this helps someone. But im still trying.

Why are all you people upset? It clearly states that the $191 is for 12 months at the lowest rate per month. It's plain ignorance!! Open your eyes next time!

I got charged 191.40 as well. I called that number. they say they don't accept refunds. apparently it says that on the payment page. what do i do now

OKAY PEOPLE. I used paypal. I had almost 2 weeks before the transaction went thru. I called speedate for a refund and no matter how sobbish my (our) story(ies) was(are), they wouldn't give it to me. So i called my bank. Luckily these people were awesome and had me fax them the paypal receipt along with my signature and request for a block transaction. Success. It now shows 'cancelled' in my paypal and i now have the option to 'resubscribe'. Which I'm staying clear from :)

This site had tried to rip me of one time before after canceling my account. Two months later their at it again. thank's for the number.

they did the same thing here. thought I was getting charged 50 cents and they took out 191.88. Dont even get to read messages . they want more money for that. what a joke

they did the same thing to me and then they got a bogus telephone number add my name to the lawsuit

I joined this site, and was immediately charged $191. After a couple of weeks, i wanted to suspend my membership because of certain people on there....when I tried to reactivate my account, they wanted to charge me AGAIN!!!... I have tried to call the number listed, 877-328-3006, and it is a DUD number, a fast busy signal, that means it's disconnected.....Don't use this site.....I also tried to filter out "certain people" and it lets them in anyway, the site hangs up all the time, and I got a virus from the site as well. NO CUSTOMER support at all!!!!!

just enough time to finish giving your profile and credit card #. thank god i used a visa gift card. pricks didnt even let me go to my new account when they booted me off site saying it was unavailable. this is several days now. i too tried to reverse transaction with no support from my bank yet. apperantly they have 8days to take money from bank. my card was deducted right away $191.88. looking at similar stories which i just came across, i now know ive been screewed. no matter what it takes i will get my money back. its the principal of the thing now. who do these asses think they are. i feel for all of you out there who've been raped from this company. will join law suite if possible.

almost 2 years ago that took out $200 from my account when I cancelled the 1 week free trial after the first day. I had to declare it as a fraudulent charge with my bank and report the company to the BBB and they still would only give me a partial refund (less the amount for a one month membership I never used) and told me they would remove my information from their system. A couple of days ago I just had another charge from them hit my account for $39.95. I immediately went to my bank and got the process started again to try to get my money back.

Yes, "Warning". Even if you cancel your account, you are going to have auto withdrawal problems with these guys. I have found them to be on a "permanant lunch break"?
