Scam signs you up for multiple other paid subscription sites

All fake profiles that are bots that copy and paste the same messages. I thought i was only out $4 since I cancelled on the first day when I figured everything out. I then received charges on my card 3 days later for $37 for another site they stated was in the terms and conditions then 5 days later was billed $33 for another site I never heard of that they signed me up for
