I assume that you're a staff member at Afrointroductions who's apologising to Andy West for the fake profiles and horrible encounter he experienced.
Question: Why is it that Janet who commented (in February '16) about racial abuse she received, didn't get a Public apology such as this? What exactly is that we're to read into this? That abuse is alright if the Lady isn't a paying member, but those who aren't (paying), deserve to be treated better?
