After reading all these reviews I want to write here about my experience on veronika love. I was a client of this site for 2 years and met there a lot of ladies. They are different of course, there were a few girls who just wasted my time and they didn't want nothin serious. But also there are a lot of ladies who really in search of relationship there.
At least I met my wife there, my beautiful Elena. After half a year communication she arrived to me. And now we are very happy together.

I joined the site and paid the $1 trial fee for 3 days. They charged me twice....ok, it's only $2.
However, I cancelled my membership prior to the 3 days and then they charged my credit card $14.47 even though I deleted my account after the 3 days.
I have tried to get this resolved via email and phone to no avail and they say there is a "live chat" feature on the site under Contact Us, but it's not there.
This site not only was disappointing in the quality and quantity of matches, but disappointing in how it is run.
I do not recommend it at all.

And beyond the shady way they get your money...there is this profile validation service that they brought up. They want you - and they specifically instruct you to send a photograph of your passport photo and info, or send a photo of your identification ( drivers license). If they are all ready shutting and forcing people out after pay...then what's to stop further frauds or thefts . Scared me outta there before I foolishly paid into it.
90% of profiles are fake or guys looking for sex. Here's a clue: profile reads like a dream come true, college educated, good job, etc. First email broken English and misspellings. My experience of sighing up was about that same as most dating sights, teasing out information from me, which is fine. My problems where once I had completed the initial signup. Immediately after signing up, but before being allowed to look at the site,I was brought to a subscription page were I wasn't given a choice to stay a basic member, but only a paying member. I had to re-type the site's address in order to go to my profile.
Once I was there I couldn't find anyone who lived within 300 miles of my location and most people further away were non Asian. I'm not being racist, but as a white male, I kinda expected to be shown only Asian women in my search results. Or at least the ability to modify my search criteria to allow me to do that.

Joined this site a month ago. Did not upload a photo for my own profile because I wanted to see what the site was all about first. Expected to not hear from any women because I did not post a photo. Instead, I have been getting nearly daily emails of interest from various female members of this site. All the emails have a few things in common.
Theyre all one or two short sentences in length.
None of them reference anything about what I wrote in my profile.
They all ask me to send a photo.
No matter what I write back, I always get a similar one or two short sentence as a reply. None of the replies answer any specific questions from my email. I always ask for them to email back something that verifies their identity and location in my city. Not once, in exchanges with about 20 women have I ever received any verification back.
I also tested to see if I could find a real woman on this site by choosing some women whose profiles seemed like they could be legit. These were women who had longer personal statements in their profiles and who did not post a nude photo as a profile picture. In those emails I specifically mentioned wanting confirmation that theyre real, and that I suspected the site of having only bogus profiles of women. I got emails back from all of the women I reached out to. Same as before though. Didnt answer my questions. Only sent one line responses with comments in broken English. My favorite was the email to a person who claimed to be a professional chef in town, but who apparently couldnt answer a question about what was her favorite local restaurant.
I dont believe there is a single real woman on this dating site.
Guys, this site is a total fake. A scam. My guess is that they use whatever photos you provide to set up new faker dating sites (using your photos on fake profiles) and they also hope you forget to opt out of the added services they include as an option in every email message sent using their site. I believe theyre just generating fake connection emails to the few REAL guys who join this site, to get us to send an email reply and, if we get careless, forget to un-check the box at the bottom of the email opting-in to more membership billing. The app has been much hyped over the summer but fails to deliver on that promise. Initially I was excited after I signed up, the process was easy and straight forward. As a web app it is much clumsier on a tablet or phone then Tinder or Blendr but is a tolerable experience. Setting up your profile is fairly easy as well as uploading pictures. It's major problems are not in the user interface which is not streamlined at all but requires you to backout of each page to get back to the main page. The major problem is there may bot be any real people in your area or region.
At first I saw about 20 profiles of women looking for single guys. Most had pictures, and most of the pictures were suggestive. Although in their descriptions sometimes the geographical indicator of close to you did not jive with their description. Like one said she lived outside LA but was less than 30 miles from me in NC, this happened a lot. You could also see if they were online or not, unfornately the green light was on indicating they were on, but no one was home. I tried way too many times to message these people but never recieved a response. I tried messaging everyone that was in my city area with no return messages. This after I upgraded to premium to communicate with single members. If you are standard you can communicate with others if you both swipe right in the mix or the Tinder ripoff portion. I pretty much swiped right on everyone but it never indicated I matched with anyone. My confidence was shot since I thought I was a leper among horny people.
I contacted Mixxxer through feedback portion of their app and through their website. I have yet to receive any response. Kind of like their fake profiles they load up, to appear that they have members. I tried this app for 5 days and messaged hundreds of profiles just asking for a response to prove that their was real people using this app. All of these profiles never looked at mine. The ones that did, I also tried to contact with the dame response. I also noticed every 24 hours they change most of the profiles available in tour area except for a few with no pictures and haven't been active in weeks. I'm guessing these were the past profiles of other disappointed users who gave up hope of making contact with anyone. About every 8-12 hours I noticed the views I got was increased by 4-6 new profiles. None of these were people I looked at or tried to communicate with.
Their faq says their is no fake profiles on their app, obviously they are lying because most of the profiles are fake, just not those created by outsiders but themselves. On most sites or apps if you check someone out, wink or message them; they in turn check your profile. This never happened with the profiles I contacted. This app is a waste of your time, energy and hope. Hopefully you don't waste money on it like me. Their is a lot of suggestive pictures varying in quality from glam shots, borderline pornstars to people who look like your parents getting it on. This is not a good substitute for free porn though.

The search query allows you to indicate your sexuality of you and your partner and the sexuality of the people you are looking to hook up with. You can also indicate what you are down for, fetish, looking, sexting, s/m and getting it on now. You can also indicate age range and geographical range. This does not improve your chances of talking to anyone, whether it be a bot or real person.
Cons There is few if no members, there is no way to discern between the real and fake profiles, customer support is nonexistent (links to submit inquiries and feedback are there only for show), premium membership does not improve your chances of communicating with anyone, it is not a naked Tindr, that app actually does what it is suppose to.

As a web app it is much clumsier on a tablet or phone then Tinder or Blendr but is a tolerable experience. Setting up your profile is fairly easy as well as uploading pictures. It's major problems are not in the user interface which is not streamlined at all but requires you to backout of each page to get back to the main page. The major problem is there may bot be any real people in your area or region.
At first I saw about 20 profiles of women looking for single guys. Most had pictures, and most of the pictures were suggestive. Although in their descriptions sometimes the geographical indicator of close to you did not jive with their description. Like one said she lived outside LA but was less than 30 miles from me in NC, this happened a lot. You could also see if they were online or not, unfornately the green light was on indicating they were on, but no one was home. I tried way too many times to message these people but never recieved a response. I tried messaging everyone that was in my city area with no return messages. This after I upgraded to premium to communicate with single members. If you are standard you can communicate with others if you both swipe right in the mix or the Tinder ripoff portion. I pretty much swiped right on everyone but it never indicated I matched with anyone. My confidence was shot since I thought I was a leper among horny people.
I contacted Mixxxer through feedback portion of their app and through their website. I have yet to receive any response. Kind of like their fake profiles they load up, to appear that they have members. I tried this app for 5 days and messaged hundreds of profiles just asking for a response to prove that their was real people using this app. All of these profiles never looked at mine. The ones that did, I also tried to contact with the dame response. I also noticed every 24 hours they change most of the profiles available in tour area except for a few with no pictures and haven't been active in weeks. I'm guessing these were the past profiles of other disappointed users who gave up hope of making contact with anyone. About every 8-12 hours I noticed the views I got was increased by 4-6 new profiles. None of these were people I looked at or tried to communicate with.
Their faq says their is no fake profiles on their app, obviously they are lying because most of the profiles are fake, just not those created by outsiders but themselves. On most sites or apps if you check someone out, wink or message them; they in turn check your profile. This never happened with the profiles I contacted. This app is a waste of your time, energy and hope. Hopefully you don't waste money on it like me. Their is a lot of suggestive pictures varying in quality from glam shots, borderline pornstars to people who look like your parents getting it on. This is not a good substitute for free porn though.

The search query allows you to indicate your sexuality of you and your partner and the sexuality of the people you are looking to hook up with. You can also indicate what you are down for, fetish, looking, sexting, s/m and getting it on now. You can also indicate age range and geographical range. This does not improve your chances of talking to anyone, whether it be a bot or real person.

There is few if no members, there is no way to discern between the real and fake profiles, customer support is nonexistent (links to submit inquiries and feedback are there only for show), premium membership does not improve your chances of communicating with anyone, it is not a naked Tindr, that app actually does what it is suppose to.

I thought I would give it a try because speed dating sounded like fun and there are not many places who do that kind of thing where I live. I signed up for three months and stayed with it for a while, but determined that pretty much all the guys had the maturity level of a two year old. Before it could recharge me for another three months I tried to cancel my account. It wouldn't let me unsubscribe! I would click the button and it would take me to a different page with no options. I could not call them because they were closed on the weekends. And they went ahead and charged me $60 for another 3 months. When I called on Monday and told them what had happened they refused to refund my money and said I should have tried to contact them before they took the money. I told them that I had tried to but they basically told me too bad. Now I have a new claim with my bank to try and get my money back. Not worth it!
