First of all, this opinion is coming from a man who is about to delete his account with Be Naughty. I think the site is "rigged". Speed Date has a real trick for anyone who signs up: You think you're clicking for $.50... they say this charge is to see if your over 21 years of age... then before you know it, they're taking out $191 for a year's prescription; or as in some european's cases 191 pounds.
I called them and argued my case. They gave me back 151 dollars, charged me $39.95 for one month. I told them to close my acct, I was through with speed date which are a bunch of crooks.
Then to make matters worse, they kept my acct open and recharged me on my visa for another $39.95 for another month. I called them again, the guy actually laughed at me and said you should have closed your acct. I said I did, you were suppose to close it and kept it open so you could hit it again. I finally hung up on the creep.
I was wondering if there is an attorney out there somewhere that would represent us in a class action law suit for a million dollars for them stealing money out of people's accts without authorization?
