Customer Non Existant!

Joined the site a few times over the last decade & always had issues...bad communication on the site, bad communication with customer service, overbilled many times!
The last time I was overbilled & went to site & chatted with CS. Ended up telling them that "stealing" from me was not condoned & this would be my last term. I was only on day 4 of a paid month. At the end of chat they cancelled my subscription & when I tried to email asking them why, they locked me out of there site!
THEFT IS THEFT!
