First, I tried to pay using Paypal. After 5 attempts I gave up. I spoke directly to Paypal and they informed me they don't even list this site as a customer!
Second, after giving up on Paypal for payment, I used me credit card. I selected the 1 month option for $39.95. THEY BILLED ME 6 MONTHS FOR $161.
Third. I have notified them of their billing error. THEY DO NOT RESPOND!
Fourth. In my profile I selected "Some college" and above. They have ONLY sent me matches that are HIGH SCHOOL and NOT in my requested age range.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!!

Ricky, thank you for posting your experience. They have done the exact same thing to me, and there is no posted phone number to contact them for support. Thank you for posting their number, otherwise I would not be able to call them. They have ignored my e-mails to them. What a bunch of crooks!
