Perhaps you have the wrong context of what an arrangement is about. Money, Monsieur, is the reason a woman subscribes to an arrangement website. The woman is looking for a man to support her with something. She makes it clear what she wants. You, the man , make it clear what you want and can provide. If both of you accept what each other wants, then you have a written or a verbal understanding of what your new relationship is about.
Basically, what you are explaining to me is that you are looking for a girl to hang out. Sure you have money, a great job, but you're not fulfilling the purpose of the site. You're misleading these women. Reevaluate your intention because you sure will get a lot of women upset.
