Regarding our refund policy, we apologize that we are not able to issue refunds sooner. There is a strict investigation protocol we have to follow internally to ensure that every refund that is requested is justified. After that is done, we will forward the case to our finance department to process payment. All internal communication between departments and external communication with our members take time.
